These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Please review this page each time you request a commission.

Final quotes with deadlines will be issued after the all details of commissions are reviewed.

I reserve the right to deny any commission.

If you do not choose the privacy option, I will have the right to post progress/WIP content on social media.

Finished commissions may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.

Finished commissions may be posted to any websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.

Any editing or modification of a finished commission is prohibited without prior authorization from me.

Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or as agreed upon with me.

I will never distribute your commission information or files to any third party without your permission.

After receiving the sketch, the client is entitled to request revisions free of charge.

Any revisions requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the changes. This does not apply in cases where the revision is required due to a mistake made by the artist.

Payments are accepted via PayPal Invoice, PayPal (Friends & Family), or VGen.

The client is responsible for covering any additional fees (including platform or transaction fees) so that the artist receives the full agreed-upon price for the commission.

Various payment plans are available and will be discussed personally with each customer.

Work on the commission will not begin until at least 50% of the payment has been received.

Final files will not be delivered until 100% of payment is received.

If client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I start work on the commission. (100%)

If the customer's order was canceled due to personal circumstances affecting the artist. (100%)

After work has begun, 20-80% of the commission may be refunded depending on the level of completion.

The refund will be issued after the final refund amount has been discussed with the customer
